Do you accept returns?

Yes! We do accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The return or exchange request is made within 12 days of the delivery date.
- The refund will be issued within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned product.

There will be a 5.0% restocking charge on all returns.

Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns or exchanges for individual items within a bundle. Individual items from a bundle are not eligible for separate returns.

Perfume samples are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns must include a copy of our invoice or packing list. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (Exception: defective or mis-shipped merchandise will be replaced or fully refunded).

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

Please note:

If your item was purchased from another vendor you must return or exchange it through that vendor following their return policies. We ONLY accept returns or give refunds to items purchased on our official website: definemefragrance.com. 

We don't refund or exchange items purchased from or via any other vendor, there are no exceptions.

Damaged Merchandise

If your item arrives damaged, we require a photo of the damage and the condition of the packaging. Please email the photo of the damage and write a short explanation of the damage to [email protected]. Once we receive the photo and explanation of the damage, we will ship a replacement. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Order Cancelation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of the order being placed via email to [email protected]. If an order cancellation request occurs after 12 hours or after the order has been shipped, the order will be canceled and funds will be returned when all products are returned unused to:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with canceled orders after it ships from DefineMe.
