Placing a Pre-OrderUpdated a year ago

If you would like to preorder an item please be aware of the following:

All pre-orders are charged when the order is placed not when the order ships.

You will be notified via email when your pre-order ships. 

If for some reason you would like to cancel your preorder you may do so prior to shipment. After your order ships, please refer to the below-listed preorder return policy. 

To cancel your pre-order prior to shipment, please contact us at [email protected].

For pre-order returns you have 14 days from the shipment date, not the order date, to make your return. (Please follow our return policy listed under FAQs!) 

If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, you will only be charged for shipping once. You will not be charged when the preorder item ships.

The pre-order date listed on the product page is an estimate and is subject to change. We will update you if we receive more information on that estimated date.

DefineMe pre-orders are for highly anticipated product launches. We receive hundreds of requests for these items and do our best to respond to all customer questions concerning shipping updates.
